Tonight when I tucked Marley into bed, she informed me that I was not going to say her prayers.
She was, because she had a new prayer.
It went something like this...
"God, I love butterflies, 'cause they're beautiful. And they have a secret, but I can't tell, but it's a secret. And thank You that Daddy prayed with me while we were in Michigan~ me, and Mama, and Daddy.
And thank You for Wonder Pets,
'cause they have butterflies.
The End.
Amen."

ReplyDeleteI'm laughing with tears in my eyes. Bless her sweet heart. God heard our prayers and stored up those memories. I'm praying when the time is right they are stirred to the surface. Love you, Marley and Megan.
